Love is All Around Heart Hanging - Siblings
I made this heart shaped hanging for the 'Love is All Around' challenge for February using the Think and Wonder and Whimsical Melange Plates from Artistic Outpost. I painted the wooden heart and then stamped the children with the letters onto tissue paper in Plum archival ink, and then added the numbers around them to form a heart shape and applied this to the heart with matte gel medium. I pleated tissue tape around the edge, inking the tips with the archival Plum ink, and finished off with a Love adage sticker and a Tim Holtz bull dog clip. I hope you like it!

Hanging About With Alice by Carol Fox
I have recycled an old hanger that I picked up from a 2nd hand shop for this. I used the Artistic Outpost stamps Wonderland Collage.
I have been pondering about getting this set of stamps for ages and in the end it was this image of the white queen and Alice that made me decide I must have them.
Thanks for looking, Carol x

And finally...
...my last post as guest.
Again, it's using Songbird by Prima and the words from Artistic Outpost's Neverland.

It's suprising how much mileage a few little stamps can have.
I hope you've enjoyed seeing my three simple makes these past few weeks. If you missed them they can be found
and here
Thank you for your kind words...they've been very encouraging and great to receive.
xx Jo

Gatsy Canvas
I made this 5 x 7 ins canvas board using the Artistic Outpost Gatsby plate, stamping on tissue paper with black StazOn and using parts of the images, and using the butterfly from Whimsical Melange. On the right hand side of the canvas I applied texture paste through a stencil. I sponged Distress Inks over the whole of the canvas in Squeezed Lemonade, Peacock Feathers, Dusty Concord, and Chipped Sapphire. Then I finished off with a die cut embossed butterfly and some flowers.

Life is ART
I've made a rounded tag this week using one of the Lost Coast flower dolls stamped with Archival ink onto some card, coloured and cut out.
The background of the tag is made using acrylics scrapped onto card using an old credit/store card. Using cactus green staz on i stamped the background with the daisy foam stamp. I added a bit of script stamping, doodling and I used washi tape as a ribbon.
thanks for looking

With Love...
...From me to you on Valentine's Day :0)
Here I used Bow Heart from my range at Stampotique and Songbird by Prima.
Clean and simple designs are not always the easiest of cards to make. Keeping those tiny marks and smudges away are difficult (for me anyway lol) and wave back at you like a flag. I thought I would keep these in to show you that its those little 'errors' that make each card individual when handstamped.
There are a couple of tiny dots I can see (just flecks) and also the bird could have left a darker imprint...but hey ho, thats how it goes....an original :0)
Happy Valentine's Day xx
love
ps...I see that currently the Prima stamp set Songbird is currently sold out. A similar idea to this card (altering the card proportions to maybe landscape/DL or square) could also be created from the clear stamp set, also by Prima , Songbird No.1

Baby Star
A friend just had a baby boy and I don't have many baby stamps but this plump baby in his dark glasses from the Artistic Outpost 'Picture Star' plate fitted the bill very well! I simply stamped him on white card which I die cut and coloured him with Distress Inks, and then stamped a selection of the other images and words from the same set onto patterned paper to build up the design. So a cute card but not too sickly sweet!
