A Winner is Announced

I have done the Random Number Generator for the Entries for the October Challenge. There were 16 in total, for some weird reason the linky Widget did not like this month very much and would not show some of the entries on the linky Picture, but I can see them all on the links page and after I added in the facebook entries in their date uploaded position.
