For the 'Circling the World' challenge, I wanted to represent a British man travelling the globe in a hot air balloon. I used a round scalloped card blank and covered it with crown paper and edged it in red. I stamped the man in the balloon from Artistic Outpost
French Flight in Sepia Archival and added red to his trousers for my British red, white, and blue theme. I stamped a globe and die cut the two images with a circle die and edged in blue. I flattened a Union Jack bottle cap so that the frilly edge was hidden so it looked more like a plaque, and finally added some Made in Britain ribbon.
This is great Lucy :o) xx

ReplyDeleteWell a lot of thought has gone into this hasn't there. A perfect circle themed card. Loving the colours and layers and stamping - and certainly a great British theme! Love it
ReplyDeleteYou could certainly see your skills within the paintings you write. The world hopes for more passionate writers such as you who aren’t afraid to mention how they believe. At all times go after your heart.
